How to apply for a test

There are three different application packs.

Read the whole application pack carefully and print out the first page (TEST APPLICATION). You may like to print the other pages for your information. Follow the instructions on the second page.

Complete the application form in as much detail as possible. Read the conditions (printed on the form and below) carefully and sign the form.

Off-site testing

Recently our company has received many requests for tests outside Brisbane, where our office is located. We are happy to test overseas, interstate or elsewhere in Queensland, provided the numbers are sufficient and a suitable venue can be arranged by the candidates or their agent. The test fee may be increased to cover transport and other costs.
